In the course of my day I hit the trifecta of people to talk with…

Mediator for case calls and leaves me a message to call her. Calls back to the front office and is upset that I haven’t called her back. Keep in mind it hasn’t been an hour.

Got fax from DOE stating I needed to submit documents. Which means I get to talk with school attorney cause he’s the one writing the response.

While trying to get a hold of the attorney, complaint investigator from DOE calls to ask about above Documents…

Yes these are all related to the same case. We were supposed to go to mediation.. apparently the parent forgot to tell the DOE to stop the investigation. Oh wait her son goes to another school. Go figure!
