This was relayed to me. This actually happened, during
reading time in the library.
Best way to teach a reading lesson to 2nd graders
- pick a chapter book 3 levels above them
- restart the same chapter book that they have already
started, with (and almost finished with) and restart from the beginning.
-Choose a book with no pictures
-Make sure that all the kids are asleep while you are reading.
