Say what part 2

Another classic story from last night…

Again standing in this really long line to get my book signed. The people around me and I are making small talk and asking what we all do. The two ladies in front of me work together at one of the local universities. When they asked what I did I said that I was a special ed teacher. I did not get my usual response of “oh you must be so patient”I get:

“Umm, its 9:30 at night on a Wednesday night. Shouldn’t you be at home grading papers or something? You know getting ready for tomorrow?”

Nope – I’m on spring break enjoying every moment of it.
